It appear to me that the secret is in this article. Stan talks about having water covalent bond to switch off by using a process he called electrical polarization process. His idea is to apply electric fields to distort the water molecule at a resonant frequency to let the vibration increase and reach the atom separation. I work on this project since 2006 but recently i have had little money to keep the research but my house is still a lab full of prototypes and wire.. I didnt heard about the ammonia in the exhaust.. not sure about the ambiental impact of it but my best guess is that it would not be much generated after all the idea is to burn the hydrogen with oxygen not with nitrogen.. i guess ammonia could only be generated if it would run too lean in oxygen and may not be a real world situation. thanks for the nice comment =D
